& Marion "Sarah" McKENZIE ~1792-1879 Isle of Raasay, Scotland ; "Crawford" Station, Hotspur, S-W Victoria, Australia Donald McLEOD, b. ca 1777, son of Donald McLEOD and Ann McKENZIE from Lower Hallaid, Isle of Raasay, Scotland along with his wife Marion "Sarah" McKENZIE, b. ca 1792, daughter of Malcolm McKENZIE and Sarah STEWART, and 5 children, arrived on the "Edward Johnstone" at Portland, S-W Victoria in 1854. After their arrival at Portland, Donald McLEOD, his sons Murdoch McLEOD, Malcolm McLEOD & Angus McLEOD were employed by Henry MONRO of "Crawford" Station, Hotspur, S-W Victoria in 1854. The family appears to have moved to the goldfields of central Victoria where Donald died at Mount Greenock, near Clines in 1863 and Marion "Sarah" died at Dunach, near Clunes in 1879 and both are buried in the Clunes cemetery. It appears that two daughters emigrated separately with their husbands. Donald McLEOD & Marion "Sarah" McKENZIE appear to have the following children...
