Thomas Tremain WHITE (aka Thomas TREMAIN) 1856-1931, b. Adelaide, South Australia as Thomas TREMAIN son of Thomas TREMAIN (aka Thomas WHITE) 1824-1870 and Ellen Maria BRENNAN c.1829-1921, married in 1882, at the "Woodside Inn" Bahgallah, Victoria to Ann JENNINGS 1861-1943, b. Mount Gambier, South Australia to George JENNINGS and Jane COOK. George JENNINGS was the Inn-keeper of the "Woodside Inn" Bahgallah in the 1870s and 1880s until he left the area in the 1890s and died at Swan Hill, Victoria in 1913.
Thomas TREMAIN (aka WHITE) father of Thomas Tremain WHITE, resided at Tarpeena, near Penola, S-E South Australia and died as Thomas WHITE in the Mount Gambier Hospital in 1870, aged 46y and was buried at Mount Gambier.
Ellen Maria WHITE (nee BRENNAN), widow, mother of Thomas Tremain WHITE, moved to Bahgallah, near Casterton, S-W Victoria and remarried in 1873 at "Sandford-House" to Edward George LYFIELD c.1847-1932, a widower and carrier of Bahgallah, S-W Victoria.
